| Sometimes we just need to stand on our heads |
This year I did do something a little different. I got out my old hand written journals and reread them. More like skimmed because I blabbed a lot and it was usually the same message. Each book I picked up had the same thing in it. Men I dated, what thing I was really excited about, usually a new location and place and that I also wished I knew what I wanted to "be when I grew up" ha! Pretty funny stuff. My friend Tyce brought over the letters I wrote him 15 years ago and I said the same things to him too. Wow.
Some day soon the message will be exciting again. I'm in a holding pattern I guess. Winter at the ski hill, summer working as a tour guide...i know, tough life. But it doesn't make for very interesting stories for my blog. I'm looking for ways to make it interesting while I'm here waiting for the snow to fly.
I went into Boise downtown today for the first time in a long time. It's really a pretty city. Lots of character and the leaves are changing now, people were out and about taking in the last of the sun for this week. It's nice.

Last week I went to a Halloween party for the first time in a long time! It was great fun. Met a lot of new people. I went with my friend Tyce. He's someone I'm enjoying spending time with a lot these days! My new challenge this winter will be creating new adventures for someone who is comfortable being a hermit...Can I do it?!

So for now, until I think of something thrilling and hilarious to share I'll just say goodbye for now. I will be posting the blogs I've got sitting in limbo too. There are quite a few drafts waiting to be uploaded, why I didn't do that at the time I don't know. Bad habit!
