It is now 1:45 pm on Sunday. I've just gotten up. We didn't get to bed until about 5 am or so.
I should have known the day was going to be unusual because half way through the rainy afternoon we watched the Big Lebowski on TV. In English.
We did a whole lot of nothing most of the day. I went with Noemi to help carry groceries back for her Hungarian meal she's cooking today. I watched another movie and tried to stay motivated to go out around midnight with the girls. That is Anita, Lupita, Eva and myself. Noemi met us there, as did Szilard and Robi. We went to a place called...ooh can't remember right now. Asesino~ thats the name. Not sure what that means in Spanish.
Anyways, its a place where only locals go. Really good rockin music and I of course was the paparazzi so the evening was well documented. Anita is leaving on Weds. for Hungary so it was her leaving party so to speak.
Its been weird to not be surrounded by tourists all the time. I can't get over that! How different a city is when its not invaded by thousands of people (English and Germans)
Anyways, good long night. I came back and downloaded the photos and had a tea and then off to bed.
Should be a full day today...whenever it gets started. Or not, I may go back to bed.
For such a fun night a description like this doesn't do it justice. Which seems to be my new catch phrase (doesn't do it justice) Hmmm
