Its been ages. I must get caught up! Have survived my first trip out to sea. It was the most amazing thing I've ever done! Amazing! I kept a good journal every day which I'll type into here. I have had an really hard time finding internet so once I hit the hostel tomorrow night I'll start typing. I left Faro Portugal Friday morning August 21st. We left early that day. We arrived in Santa Cruz Tenerife Canary Islands yesterday August 26th at 6pm. Wow.
I didn't see land for 5 days. Imagine all that solitude and then landing in a bustling Spanish city. Its been a rude awakening!
Having trouble with the internet here. So better go. I should be all set to upload photos etc by tomorrow I would hope! Talk about technology withdrawal.
